Thanks for the update, Stubuntu. All jobs correctly printed, but the paper waste is, of course, undesirable. I hope this information is useful in developing a good fix for it.

Thanks to Tim Waugh for the patch! I have noted that about 5mm of the bottom the page does not get printed. It is not a Windows driver.
